Metal bond mesh diamond is a synthetic material, grown slowly compared to resin bond diamond, with high toughness and free cutting crystal.
Suitable for resin, metal and electroplated bond systems in applications such as grinding or polishing ceramics, cemented carbides, glasses, PCD/PCBN, dental tools, gem stone etc.
This type of diamonds is available in Electroless Nickel (Ni) coatings, Copper (Cu) coating, and Titanium(Ti) coating.
+
Boreas’s Metal bond micron diamond provides well-controlled particle size distribution with higher toughness and higher purity.
Suitable for resin, metal, vitrified and electroplated bond systems for polishing glass, PCD, ceramics, tungsten carbide etc and other surface conditioning applications.
+
BRD series diamond particles’ size ranges from 25/30 to 325/400, for metal bond diamond tools like saw blade, drill bit, grinding wheel, and other cutting and grinding diamond tools.
+
Specialized series diamond powder for different special applications like diamond wire, PCD/PDC synthesis, vitrified bond and electroplated bond diamond tools. Produced by different technologies to control crystal shape, impurity, PSD(particle size distribution), oversized and spiky particles.
+
Produced with premium MBD grade diamond particle as raw material by proprietary know-how to make sure the diamond crystal with high strength and high purity, concentrated particle size distribution, clean surface which ensure good fluidity & dispersity & therm stability for longer tool life.
+
Special chemical surface treatment increases the surface roughness just looks like polycrystalline structure, enhance the retention between diamond particle and bonds, improve the diamond particle’s self-sharpness and cutting force, effectively avoid the scratch on the workpiece and improve polishing precision. Mainly recommended for sapphire, Sic, silicon wafer polishing and finishing polish.
+
Diamond coatings with Ti, Ni, Ti+Ni, Cu, Cr, Co, Si and other metal and non-metal materials on not only mesh size diamond grits but also on micron size diamond powders, with the methods by Vacuum vapor deposition, PVD(physical vapor deposition), CVD(chemical vapor deposition), Electroplated, etc.
+
Diamond slurry is used for polishing sapphire, silicon wafer, optical glass, semiconductor materials. It has oil soluble and water soluble for different applications.
